1. Please be advised that food prepared by J&N Event, LLC. may contain the ingredients listed below and is not responsible for any allergic reactions you or your guest may experience, or any other medical condition that may arise from consuming: raw, or under cooked meats, poultry, wheat, fish, soybean, shellfish, peanuts, eggs, tree nuts, corn, or unpasteurised milk products.
2. All food prepared by the Chef is fresh, cooked on site and served. the Chef will remain on site for 1 hour after the initial serving of the guests. If more time is required, the Chef can remain for an additional cost of $55.00 for each additional hour ( for each Chef present ).
3. Please review all terms and details of the quote/invoice before signing your acceptance of the terms of the service to be provided and the quote on the invoice. It is the responsibility of the client to ask questions and ascertain that their order and service required is clear and stated on the invoice. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the price for the service stated on the quote/invoice is acceptable and will be paid by them. The service will include only what is stated on the quote/invoice. Please review and ensure that everything you want is stated on the quote/invoice and confirm your acceptance by signing.
4. By signing the invoice, I _____________________________________________________________________ authorise J&N Event, LLC. to charge the cost of the event and/or any overcharge, to the credit card provided by any family member, friend, or any other person related to the event.
5. The entire cost of the food/service ordered must be paid in full 3 days before the date of actual service.
6. J&N Event, LLC. will not be held responsible for accidents caused by the guests of the event, with our cooking equipment. We ask the person requesting our service, the day the service is being requested, before signing, if the event area allows for us to remain at a safe distance from the guests. We advise that our equipment is very hot while cooking. Upon arrival, as much as the event area allows, we attempt to set up as apart and as safely as possible. We take care to advise if rowdy activity is too close for safety. Although we give warnings, it is the responsibility of adults to keep a safe distance and for parents to keep their children away from the cooking area. We further advise anyone who come to close with drinks, to not put the drinks near the cooking area.
7. J&N Event, LLC. Chefs will cook the paella according to our recipe ONLY. The Chefs will not cook any other platter other than our own, and only those agreed upon, ordered, and stated on the invoice.
8. Any furniture, plants, etc designated for our cooking equipment and set up must be cleared prior to our arrival. It is up to the person/s in charge of the event to have the area ready upon our arrival.
9. The person/s in charge of the event agree to provide ample and open shelter on all sides for protection of the food and cooking equipment against sun and rain. The shelter must have open sides.
